To Nivo or not.....? 700 1990

I've just aquired my first Nivomat equipped car, a '90 765T; the Nivos aren't so good anymore.
The question is: should I repace then with Nivos, or normal springs and shocks?
The car is occasionally heavily loaded, with a small boat in tow.
