The front passenger lock is frozen; can't open with the key, driver's side power up/down, nor can I pull the stem up by hand. What should I be looking for when I begin the repair?

If you can't open the door, you probably can't avoid damaging the inside door panel while taking it off to get to the lock.

Before doing that, try this unless someone posts with a better idea: Go to a junker and scope out the way the lock mechanism is set up. Once you know just where the linkage elements are...On your own door, shoot PBlaster down into the door cavity through the window slot, with the window all the way down. You may be able to hit whatever is frozen on the lock enough to free it up.

If you can get the door open, then pull the panel and clean up the lock or replace whatever needs replacing.
