Front Caliper 700

I have a 1985 745 Turbo. The time has come for new front brakes. I read the FAQ's. I would like to know what sized socket is needed to remove the pins so that the front caliper can come off. It is a nut right? I can't remember, it has been a while since the front wheels have been off.

if you have girling, it is a 13mm wrench (close ended or star is good) for the bolts that hold the calipers onto the floating pins. you'll also need an open ended 17mm (i think) wrench to countertorque the floating pins.
