Hey all,
Going to go ahead with the conversion in a few days but wondering which size fan works best for primary cooling and correct fit...14" or 16"? Or would both sizes work fine depending on the overall dimensions? Recommendations are greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!!

    A perfect one would be a newer s60/70/80 fan. I did one this weekend and I got it off ebay for 51 bucks w/shipping. I have some pics of my installation on my website.

    I have way more flow than I could possibly use, but hell, my AC is bone chilling now :-D.

      Kevin,

      That looks like a sweet setup!!! What type of relay and fan control system did you use? I was thinking about a Hayden one but not sure. By the way...how do you like your V15/Phase I cam in your 240...I'm waiting for mine to arrive.

    Converted my 88 240 to electric this past weekend. Loving the mileage improvement. A 14 inch fan will do nicely. I was wondering about your E-code lighting. Where did you get them from?

      CAT,

      Actually I got a complete new E-code kit from the Netherlands...waiting for it to arrive. The person I bought it from had a post on the board a few weeks ago and also some auctions on eBay. His name is Ferenc and email is volvia@wanadoo.nl. He might still have some kits available. IPD also sells the kit but it is very expensive and you have to modify the existing chrome/plastic trims to fit. I've heard that www.alleuro.com also sells the e-code lighting too.
