I would pull the relays and re-solder them or get new ones for the fuel pump and the ignition suppression relay.
Then you KNOW that they are not the problem. You've got to rule a few things out. Relays can get intermittent when they're on the way out.
Also, I'd suspect the in-tank pump from what you've told us. Sounds like it may not be running. Is the fuel level low by any chance? That will cause a loss of fuel pressure when the in-tank pump is dead. I'm about to replace one in my wife's 740GLE since it's having "issues" when the tank is low....
