wiring information of the ac control panel 900

This is my third attempt to take out the ac control panel, and I have done it. Thank you for all information from the brickiers.
I have one more problem here. As I took the control panel out, I found two row of different color wires connect horizontally to the back of the ac control panel.. What are they? How am i suppose to detach them? Any thought would be appreciated!

There are three harness plugs going to the back of the panel: main power input (2 wires, I think), right beside that is a multi plug with power out to the blower fan resistor pack from the speed switch, and then the 14-pin connector (2 rows of seven) which you mentioned. All have catches/clips to prevent them vibrating loose, and you really need three hands or lots of patience. Those 14 pins carry many functions to operate the A/C system, plus panel lighting. I have the A/C wiring diagram on my computer as a TIFF file. Send me your email offline (see my profile) and I'll send it if that helps.

They control the various elements of the heating and air conditioning system. There should be some small clips holding the electrical connectors in place: pop these and they can be removed.
