hi,i bought the o-ring kit for my 740 tic 1990 injectors.Does anyone know how to install this.Im sure its really simple its just that the grey plastic ring thats in the pack has a much bigger diameter then the original ones and im not too sure on how im supposed to install the yellow top that is also of a different size then the original green one.

    It is very simple. The FAQ lays it all out nice and easy. I just did mine on my 85 744, I was told to keep the old spacers because the new ones don't fit (as you seem to have noticed). As well just a hint, if you replace the yellow protective cap, take your time. I got frustrated and had to replace the injector. Luckily the used parts place had one for 25$CAN. Good luck.
