Air intake 200

There's a rubber boot between the place the air sensor plate is located and the intake manifold. When it narrows, it becomes offset from the base. There's an arrow pointing downward. Since it's offset, I'm guessing that it's supposed to fit in a particular way to get a good seal. If you can tell me how it's supposed to be oriented, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Jim Hampton

I had the same thought about the arrow. I wound up ripping the damn thing trying to get it to line up with something. Since the boot is no longer being produced this was a bad thing. I did manage to scare up a new one though, they're just not easy to find. Hirsch in Pheonix has them.
