164e manifold presure sensor 140-160

Im looking for a manifold presure sensor for my 164e (with erg. The bosch part number is 0 280 100 053. Does anyone have one they are willing to parth with?

I drilled out the rivets on mine to see what was broken. It looks like a back- fire bent the metal diaphram back and cracked the edges where it got folded. But what I found interesting is that it dosnt look like a air tight system. It seems like air can still slip by the edges metal diaphram. I swear I read somewhere that you can apply vacume to it and is should hold it. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks,
Francis (francis_marti@hotmail.com)

Here is more info that you can use on the MPS. It should hold a vacumn.

Yes, the MAP sensor should be a tight vacuum seal, and yes, I have a couple 053's. Email me if you still need one.
