Weak start after injector seal replacement 200 1982

This weekend I removed and replaced the fuel injector seals and holders b/c of vacumn leaks. The vacumn leaks are now fixed and I have about 10 more hp. My new problem is that the car starts weakly, and sometimes requires me to give it gas. Also, after I rev and release the throttle on top, the engine dips and chuggs before reaching an even idle.
Is it possible the in-tank fuel pump, or a cold-start problem?
Thanks for the help

    Try these in order.

    1. Sounds more like an electrical problem near the injector rails. Maybe you jostled a connection loose or broke a wire. Check all connectors anywhere near where you put your hands, as well as all wires for broken conductors.
    2. I believe your car has a switch indicating the throttle is closed: check that is functioning correctly.
    3. Clean your throttle plate.
    4. Check ECU and fuel pump relays.

    Hope that helps.
