That crazy window shade thing.... 120-130 63

Bless the Swedes and their ability to find a simple solution to a simple problem. Hello again from Cleveland, and the tropical beaches of Lake Erie. Just going over the '63 122S I picked up the other day (finally) and doing the normal rebuilds on a car that had been sitting for years (carbs, clutch master and slave, brakes, thermostat...you know the routine) in order to get it reasonbly safe to drive, and I was delighted to note that the "window shade" used to partially block airflow to the radiator, for more heat in the car, was still connected and still working! The only problem I have is that some hambone managed to pull the end off of the chain where it mounts inside the car. What was on the end? A ring, t-handle, knob, or some other type of pull? Anyone out there know, or have one, or can give me the closest subsitute I can pick up a the local Mr. Hardware? As always, thanks a million!

My 544 had a basic hardware store keyring about an inch in diameter.

It used to have a key ring on the end of it.
