Re: Electronic Traction Control was available in Europe on the 7 series?

There were B23ET motors with a Bosch ignition that did cylinder cancelling via individual cyl shutoff for traction control.

This didn't fly in the USA.

It was on the list of things you don't do to your catalytic converter if you love it.

The centrifugal rev limter shorting ignition rotor was another of these things the cat-less Europeans got that we didn't get in the States.
