Door Pillar Noise (re-post) 700 1990

To all,

There was a post not-so-long-ago about a noise (knock) coming from the drivers door pillar (kinda by your left ear) when driving over a bump. Does any one remember any thing about this. i can't find it in the archives.

    I have it too. My comes the seat belt putting pressure on the trim piece around the belt opening. But there seems to be another noise from within.
