I have been satisfied using Bernard Imports in Tukwila for 13 years.

Check out Northern European on Aurora, near the bridge (look for the sea of Volvos). Sal runs a competent, straight-up operation, will check out minor problems for people that just drive in out of the blue (how many places do that?), and his prices are quite reasonable (by Volvo standards). Bernards does decent work, but they want to weigh your wallet as they take your car in ($$$!). They do have free loaners, however.
