Does anyone know if you can order the minature lamps that light the swithces like sunroof. If so where can I order them.

I replaced the light for the rear fog light switch using one from Radio Shack. The switch comes apart very easy, be careful not to loose the spring inside when you have it open. Good Luck

any volvo dealer has the wheat-grain bulbs although they can be expensive.

that one on the sunroof switch is especially irritating because it's in a plastic holder that slides into the sunroof switch assembly and often the plastic notch or whatever that holds the plastic holder into the switch breaks and then the holder/lamp won't stay in the sunroof switch. You can glue the holder in the switch once...I don't know what to do the next time the bulb burns out (I'll cross that bridge when I come to it) other than replace the entire switch assembly, probably $100.

Try a less aggressive glue than cyanoacrylate or epoxy. Modellers use hot glue guns or PVA (regular white glue) when they expect to have to disassemble later, as these glues do not attack the plastic and pop off cleanly later.

That's my planned approach to the lights in the sunroof and mirror/rear defog switches in our 945. Those light stopped working when I pulled that panel to fix the AC contoller.
