No Fuel Coming Out of Injectors (ASAP!!!) 200 83

I went to drop my girlfriend off last night and when I got in the car to leave it would not start. I took a look at it today. I first checked the ignition, it had stong spark so I figured it was a fuel problem. I pulled the fuel rail off with the injectors connected and when I crank the engine they are not spraying fuel. Both fuel pumps are running. I cracked the line by the fuel rail and when I turn the key on and the pumps come on fuel comes out of the line just fine. I have an extra Jettronic computer and I tried it, still nothing. The wire harness is brand new, I changed it about 6 months ago. The fuse to the computer is not corroded. What else could be my problem here? Tomorrow my first step will to be to see if I can get any kind of signal at the injector. I need help ASAP because I'd like to get the car running tomorrow. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP!!! Joshua.

/// I forgot to tell you that there is a compression fitting in the return line so that you do not have to cut the line to gain access to the fuel gauge/pump. You will understand when you work on it. Look over the axle for the fitting.

/// You should be able to hear the injectors click as they fire. Check the ground wire and remove the bolt to determine that the aluminum casting is not damaged. If over tightened the threads can be pulled and the ground will eventually fail.

I walked outside and looked at my 83-200 and the ground wires are split between the mounting bolts for the fuel rail, two wires on each self thread(?) bolt. In that case the grounds are not likely the source since both grounds would have to fail at the same time. Check the fuel pressure.

If fuel comes out it does not mean that you have the pressure necessary. When my 83 failed in just this manner it was the 1/2 inch hose connecting the intank pump to its' output line. This is a classic case. Have you already replaced that short intank hose?

Have you ever had trouble climbing hills? Ever had hesitation when attempting to accelerate at highway speed? Ever have an undiagnosed miss that goes away?

Access is under the rear deck or from the trunk. Spray the area with WD40 to clear trash and lube. A wide blade will bridge the lockring. I use a short handle garden hoe.

Confirm that the four heavy black wires are securely and firmly grounded to the intake manifold.

Test or replace the wire harness to verify. Whatever caused your previous wire harness to fail could be at it again.

Well the relay is the small silver one and they are not supposed to be as failure prone, but you did not mention it so I will. Whack it with a screw driver handle to see if you can persuade it.
