B230FT head 700 1992

the head can be heated in an oven and flattened that way, machining isn't the way to go. takes a couple of days because the warm up and cool down is slow, can't rush it. talk to a machine shop about that instead.

the turbos have sodium filled valves because of the higher heat. normal valves won't last. if you have to use a 230f head, you have to swap valves.
