I think you got some good advice already, but I'll throw in my 2 pesos.

My life partner's family has an auto repair business and parts supply store in CDMX. They order a lot of parts from RockAuto, get a lot of those deliveries via DHL. Agree that UPS/Correos de Mexico will be slooooow.

Whereabouts in southern Mexico do you find yourself? (Guessing by your handle you're in the Yucatan) Last year we visited areas around CDMX, Queretaro, San Miguel de Allende, and made it as far south as Oaxaca. Loved it all but Oaxaca especially. I definitely acquired a taste for mezcal while on that trip!
