    Hello,

Do you need the radiator fill cap or the the pressure cap on the plastic expansion tank?

If you need the radiator fill cap, no one sells the correct cap except for the dealer.

I keep them in stock at all times.

It is the cap on the radiator that I need... I tried the cap from my Mazda truck and it is just slightly to big.. The old volvo cap did not have a spring for pressure release so don`t know if a regular cap would work properly.. Thanks for your help..

          Hello,

I doubt NAPA can get 1 and if they can it will cost a lot more.

He doesn't need a pressure cap, but the fill cap for the radiator.

Starting in 1967, Volvo moved the pressure cap to a plastic expansion tank.

And to facilitate filling the cooling system, they installed a unique style of non-pressure cap.

Unfortunately the size of the filler neck is not standard to anything I know.

You could have your radiator modified with a different filler neck but that would cost way more than just getting the correct cap.
