85 240 fluttering idle 200

Looking for any ideas. In need of help. Out of the blue developed a strange idle. See video. Stays idling and drives perfectly fine until you are in motion and coast in which case it dies. I changed ignition components, tried several IAC's, couldn't locate any vacuum leaks. Seems to be worse when engine is warm. ECT sensor is new. Fuel filter is new. Any ideas? It's almost like it can't get good fuel stream at idle but it drives strong when on the accelerator.

One of the biggest problems are vacuum leaks, also the bellows that holds the ECU (can have a crack in it.I wouldn't try to adjust anything untill you look for vacuum leaks.

Solved the stalling by just resetting the baseline idle per Bentley. Fluttering is exaggerated when headlights are on. Must be related to some kind of voltage drop.

I would start with cleaning and adjusting the throttle body. Also check the plastic air intake tube for cracks and leaks.
