hi everyone, opened the hood yesterday and noticed a red goo right on top of the ac hose that passes over the front of the engine, from the compressor to the dryer. I think the red stain is dye from the ac gas because the ac is getting a little weak. I searched for a new hose but it looks like the 93 is different from the other 240's and no longer available. I do see some splice kits but does anyone know what size hose it is? thanks, mike

These guys can rebuild your a/c hose.

The can, and should use your connectors. All you need is a new hose. Make sure to specify R-134a so that you get the barrier inside of it.

Where I live Dallas, there are at least two places in town that rebuild hoses. One is an auto AC parts house, the other is a hydraulic hose and fitting company. A place like that will use your ends and replace the rubber.
