I need to replace the headliner in our 91 745.

The last one I replaced was in a sedan and the 1/8" flannel like material available from a local trim shop was fine. I am hoping to find a gray material that is not so "fuzzy" for this wagon. My local trim shops are long gone.

Anyone found 1/8" material recently that might fill my need?

    I am hoping to get something other than the fleece like surface that Joann Fabrics offers.

    The Graham Fabrics has a good variety. I am going to contact them and see if they will send me a couple of samples for a few dollars.

      I've two of my Saab's classic 900 with wild looking fabric. No foam backing and the fabric has Bias one way. Makes it hard to lay over rolled in areas and dips. 3M 90 glue.

        I don't have enough experience in headliner replacement to go with something that doesn't have some "give" like the foam backed material, but then I am not fond of the typical soft flannel like surface of the majority of the replacement material.

    I got tan headliner fabric from Joann fabric that worked great. If they have a store by you they usually have a half off coupon in the Sunday paper.
