You hit it on the head. Instead of chasing wires. I pulled the passenger switch and replaced with a known good one. All started working again. Took the switch apart(don't think I have ever cleaned that one) It was burnt/dirty. So after all these years on this board I have never seen this issue. Usually the switch works or doesn't.
