Can anyone tell me which aftermarket hydraulic engine mounts hold up well? Also rear suspension mounts. Thanks for any help. Larry

Dear ledfoot,

Hope you're well. While I've not yet had to replace engine mounts, I have "stockpiled" units made by Corteco, and marked, "Made in Germany". I believe Corteco supplied/supplies this item to Volvo.

As motor mounts take some effort to replace, I'd be wary of items made by unknown firms or in countries, that do not have a long history of manufacturing. In such countries, quality control standards may be lacking.

Thanks Spook I wish they were cheaper but it is what it is. Thanks for the reply. I still have to source the rear suspension bushings. Its too bad there`s not something aftermarket that holds up well. Larry
