rear brake shoes 544 444-544

I have a set of new rear brake shoes from Porterfield ( the ones used in the wheeler dealer 544 episode) The set I currently have on the car now have friction material the same length on both shoes. The ones from Porterfield have one shoe with a longer piece of friction material than the other.
My question is which shoe is leading and which is trailing.

The shorter shoe goes in front.

votx is right. The short shoe is the leading or front shoe.

FYI, about 80% of the braking is done by the FRONT brakes.

How much did you have to pay for a set of Kevlar brake shoes?

Votx and Planetman thanks

The rear shoes were $109 and the 240 pads ( I'm using 240 calipers with my 120 discs) were $79

Where did you find the shoes, I swear I've dug in deep looking for Kevlar lined shoes...
