I very sure you'll have clearance problems. Both front and rear wheel wells.
25 mm offset? Negative (wheel stands outward away from wheel well, brake calipers, strut) or positive offset?
What alloy wheels are you using? Volvo or after market? How wide?
Lowered at all?
On stock 1993 model year (final version) 14" 240 steelies go the Hankook tires (185 / 65 -14) today from Walmart for the 1992 normal ride height 1992 240 GL sedan, with M47 II, rear LSD, and the oft-times annoying iPd Turbo 240 cat back exhaust. (Stay tunes, kids. Two or four black 240 factory leather seat covers may be offered here soon. Hate, hate, hate leather and vinyl seats.)
I sick and tired of allows. If the side contacting the carbon steel hub bits ain't sealed, you'll get corrosion, too.
A set of 15" inch steel 700 series and maybe 940 ->1995 model year wheel may be better. On those 15" wheels stock tire is 195 60 15.
cheers,
Unemployed MacDuff.
