I recently learned about a hammer that is made of lead (the head, not the handle). It's great tool to beat on something with that you don't want to damage. I used it to beat on my drive shaft yokes with to install the new u joints. You can buy them on Ebay or Amazon.

Thought someone here might like to know about it.
