I would check the fuel pressure at the rail. you need 35 psi while she is idling, if you blip the throttle the pressure should increase to 45 psi. If not, suspect the fuel pump. Low pressure can cause harder starting and sluggish response on the road. Also make sure fuel pressure regulator is good, i.e. not leaking. Seems like you have spark and air!
