follow up to AC vacuum leak message 900

Prior message described drop in air flow from AC vents while accelerating. I think I hear a slight hiss from behind the glove box. Are any of the hoses that control damper flaps back there or only under dash near steering column. Thanks again for all suggestions and help

There are hoses there. If you take off the panel under the glovebox, at the footwell on the passenger side, where is a small control unit on the left upper corner that has hoses attached to it,

Please see the FAQ as too vacuum servo replacement - reduced HVAC air flow during acceleration (if you need to):

Hope that helps.
