New for me...1990 780 Turbo...high radiator pressure. 700 1990

Hello again,

I just bought a 1990 780 Bertone Turbo from a young guy who did
not want to mess with fixing her up.
My main concern I have is that when I reach about 50/60 mph I hear
a whining/rattling/spinning sound from the engine. When this occurs
I immediately get off the gas peddle and then cruse at about 50
so as to avoid the sound. The sound seems to be the turbo kicking in.

This is my first Turbo.

Any Turbo advice is appreciated,
