I replaced the engine mounts on my 5 speed wagon and wow! what a difference. I thought the pressure plate or the clutch had a problem because it would shudder when taking off. Engine mounts fixed that and it's much smoother at all times now. I used OEM mounts from the dealer.

The difference was striking.
