No other issues- runs great on highway and traffic- but on start up after running- typically less then 2 hours- Engine Light comes on on start up. Goes away after a few seconds, or if you pump a little gas. Doesnt come on on first start up of the day. Engine is strong and normal on start up. Check the Fault codes on 2 & 6- both give a 1-1-1. Check gas cap- its on tight. Where else to check?

i would not be concerned. it is normal for it to alight for a few seconds at startup whenever startup occurs.

should a cel fault take place at least you know it will display.

I think you are correct. Of course it is supposed to light with key on before you crank it to let you know the lamp is good, but I've noticed the CEL remaining on after startup for no more than 2 seconds max when the battery was just charged enough to accomplish the start.

I have one car we don't use that much which has a self-discharge problem in its battery. I don't know, but my guess was the OBD wants to report a low voltage issue, but the alternator overcomes the condition quickly and the code is cleared, leaving 111.

Yep. 100% sure. 2nd light from left. Tried to replicate it and get a picture this morning....but now its not happening.
