so leak looks like it is fixed but is the idle running to fast?

    You'll need to go through all your adjustments again.
    It appears that the jets may not be seating properly. Maybe they're stuck.

    even if the shop as set up the carbs properly they still need to be tuned on the engine. The Haynes Manuel has a fairly simple procedure and I'm sure you will find many other variations online and elsewhere.
    of course your timing and valve adjustments must also be done prior to tuning the carbs.
