It is on the rail with the central locking relays just behind the center vents. Identify it by the burned crispy white socket with the large yellow wire.
Although you can see it once you loosen the front of the center panel and fold it back, it took me 10 or 20 minutes to get my fat thumb and index finger aligned correctly to get enough grip to yank it free of its clip, and another 15 min. or so to splice in a new spade connector. The relay is never the culprit, just the socket.
