Use a throttle body from an 89 regina..on a 87 turbo??

The throttle plate seems to be worn,,& the idle is up around 2100,I fixed any& all leaks,,but the idle set screw seems to be stuck & when I tried to get it off,,it just crumbles,,so I wonder if I can take the throttle body off my 89 regina no turbo,,it looks like the same except for throttle adjustment wheel...

    it'll work, except for the missing screw. I like to go the other way, put adjustable tbs on non-adjustables. good luck, chuck.
