central locking relay S90-V90

the dome light won't come on in my v90, but the central locking system works. According to the wiring diagram I have, the dome light delay is controlled by the central locking relay

Anybody ever have that problem? Did a new relay fix it?

    Using the dash board switch for central locking, will it lock the doors if you have the driver's door open? If so, the switch in the door post is stuck and not closing to - a) turn on the dome light; b) signal the locking relay that it should NOT respond to a command from the dash switch. Gently twist the rubber switch cover in the door post to the left while pulling on it. If the lights come on, there it is. If not, you likely do have a problem in the dome light assembly, or, less probably, the relay.

    Hello, carefully pull down clear lens and check bulb, also check the light itself on top and see if the plastic tabs have broken for the circuit board. I seem to remember a member fixed the tab problem with a fence wire tab.
