another differential oil question 700 1990

Hi All,

please advice on the correct oil type for the rear differential.
The volvo is a regina 1990 740GL with a sticker on the differential tube:

4.10 NR 1216373
Fabr # 161046

The oil I have lying around is:

Valvoline High Performance
80W-90
Limited Slip
2 quartz

Would that work?

The owner's manual says

"API-GL-5 (MIL-L-2105 B or C)
SAE 90 or 80W/90"

I expect the oil you have says GL-5 somewhere, so it's the right type as well as the right viscosity. The fact that it has a limited slip additive makes no difference because it there to stop limited slip making a noise. Capacity is 1.7 US quarts or 1.6 litres.

Should I look for a different label?
