... the 242 Convertible which I originally helped build back in 1989!

My good friend at a local Volvo shop here in CT decided he had too many projects and wanted to see this back on the road. I'll be going through it after 5+ years of storage.

We drove this car to Daytona Beach back when we were just young kids. Quite a trip, driving straight through from CT and then getting sunburned all day.

It's based on a '76 242DL. There's a lot of work that went into it, including a Chrysler LEBaron power top. Also has a later Turbo style nose with Euro headlights.

The thing it needs right now is a K-Jet fuel pump... If anyone's got a good one, I'd be happy to buy it or trade for later 240/740/940 stuff.
