I am having stalling problems so I had a complete tuneup however,when I slowdown for a traffic light, she will stall and have problem starting up again. Once she starts up again at the next light she will cut off. Battery is brand new, rebuilt muffler. finally frustrated I it to the dealer only to be waiting almost a week for a diagnostic, had to vent to someone. Anyone ever had this problem?

Probably related to your other thread about vacuum. Check the codes, which in a 90 you have.

check that little white vacuum line under the manifold. It goes to a black vacuum line on manifold side. It goes to a little box on left fender well. It controls your fuel. They might have knocked it off working on it. I did that once.
