Hi Everyone,

The original valve is completley shut however, much heat is blowing through the dashboard while driving. I would appreciete any tips you may have.

    as you say you have the original brass heater valve.

    I assume you have taken off the driver's side kick panel on the cernter console and confirmed that the cable is moving the valve all the way to the closed stop.

    behind the valve is a Temp Comp Screw. Cooler is a Clockwise turn of that screw. should need LESS than 1 full turn.

    If that dosen't work then the valve is shot and you will need to replace it
