I did just that on my '86 240 sedan. About 3 yrs ago, a deer forced me into a guard rail and ate up some of my front sheet metal. I'd always liked the front end of the single rounds, so I gathered the front fenders, radiator upper & lower supports, single round complete bucket setups and commando style bumpers. Everything bolted right up. The only thing I had to do surgery on was the hood. I had a body shop guy trim the beak of the hood a relocate it back a couple of inches and blend it to almost a flat nose version. Perfect match with the new grille. I'll try and post some pics of the finished car here soon. I love how it came out.
