Help me figure out what the name of this part is...

I've notice my rear, left plastic access cover for my 940 wagon's tail light bulbs is cracked. Looking to get a replacement, but my boolean skills are not helping me figure out what the name of this piece is.

I keep wanting to call it an "inspection plate", "access cover" or "taillight bulb cover", but no luck.

Any help?

I know this is simple, but I'm over-thinking...
