Did 1980 240 come with four round or four square headlamps? I get mixed results from google.

I found one that has a five speed manual tranny and wondered about that as well?

According to my 1980 245 owners manual there were three headlight systems available that year--DL models have 4 round headlights (which is what my car has)--GL models have four rectangular lamps--and 242 models have the two round lamp system. -- Dave

Sorry I didn't answer your other query--meant to. If it has a true 5-speed (M47) it has been added from a later model. An '80 can have a 4-speed (M45) or 4-speed w/electrically engaged OD (M46). With the M45 or M46 it will have a very low 3.91 rear axle ratio--which I like for it's load pulling power (relative term, of course). -- Dave
