New OEM are incredibly expensive. Try the boneyards for an OEM one. Maybe one that will ship nationally like ErieVoVo. Search the Web for other places. I would stick with OEM tail lights only if I was having your problems.

Have you cleaned off all corrosion including the tail light grounds? Checked the tightness of the connectors and the condition of the circuit boards and wiring?
