I've put foglight style e-codes in my '90. In addition to the information above, you'll need the grill from the later car. The hood "v" on the '90 is the same as earlier cars (it's the crossover year) so you'll find the front edge of the hood won't line up perfectly with the grill/headlight profile but it's really not that noticeable...

As you can see, the hood extends outboard of the grill about an inch on each side. I have yet to have someone point that out to me so it can't be too obvious...
