A/C and sun roof problems 900 1997

For the sunroof-from inside the car at the sides of the sunroof, there should be two little black panels about 5/8 inch tall and about to inches long, they snap in place, Remove them and then you will see the little tracks that the sunroof rides in. The tracks are metal and are lined with a black plastic. You will probably see that some of the plastic that lines the metal tracks is broken.
Many time a small piece of the plastic causes the sunroof to jamb. If you see that the plastic is broken you will probably see where it is causing it to jamb.

I have in the past removed the sunroof and replaced the tracks only to have the plastic break again, so about two years ago, I just removed all of the plastic by breaking it up with a small screwdriver and removing it and it has worked fine
ever since.
