      It's for a 73-on. No good for me.
      I'll try to remember (I'm from the generation before Google, for that matter before the internet).

        Electrically the pre-'73 and the post-'72 wiper motor is identical. Very likely the connector on the switch is different, but it can be hooked up to work. I've got a 1969 144 and a 1973 164 OEM service manual.

      I'll try to upload a picture.
      The part number is for an intermittent wiper switch. I'm trying to find out
      if it fits my 1969 164.

        JC Whitney sells generic wiper timers.
        I bought one for my '70, but never installed.
        Tried it on the bench though, and it did work.
