Regina O2 sensor/poor mileage 700 1992

Many parts houses' catalogues are in error in terms of specifying the correct O2 for the Regina cars. You should be using the titania type which is significantly more expensive, which is likely another reason that the Reginas end up with the wrong sensor somewhere along the line. I believe NGK 25002 is the correct part. Amazon.com, of all places, currently has them listed for ~$84. That's the cheapest I think I've ever seen them. I've never had to replace one as this type literally lasts forever - or nearly so.
