does anyone know the stock rim width on a 68 P1800?? thought it would be easy to find but i can't seem to... im thinking 4" but that seems crazy skinny...

4.5", same as the 122 wagon.

How long did they wait to put the 4ΒΌ" bolt circle wheels on them?
The 140s had them with 5" width in 68, maybe also in 67 and 66.
They looked like 122 wheels but had a smaller bolt circle.

Anything with rear drums is 4.5" -- anything with rear discs is 108mm (except for some early 850 which used only four lugs).

The 1800 went to the 4.25" bolt circle with the introduction of rear disk brakes... in 1970.

Mopar cop wheels at 15x7
A friend had 205 70-15's on his ES with no issues.

Assuming the offset is right, I would think a 6.5 (by 15) would fit okay on just about any year 1800. But best to talk to someone with direct experience here, as tire size is going to be very important also.
