Try a real tire shop. I trade at Stansfield Tire in lowell MA.

I got the tires for my '60 SAAB recapped there in 1963, they did them in the back of the shop!

I now deal with the grandsons.

I think that they can order almost anything.

There must be a good shop near you.

You go to the local tire shop at the corner and say: I want white wall tires for my Volvo. After you educated them about this stuff, they will go online and order them for you from Cooker Tires and sell them to you, at a markup of course. Cooker not only sells Cooker tires but is the largest hub for classic car tires not only in the United States of America but on planet Earth and the whole solar system. You can order them from Lucas or Universal or any other source, but they are getting them from Cooker.

I don't really understand what your problem is.

On a different note: the very best 165-15 radial tires money can buy are Vredestein Classics at $105.00 each. They are even better than the super-expensive Michelins that Cooker carries. If you have endless funds and want the looks of a bias ply with V-rated radial performance, buy the Excelsior radials at $300+ a pop from . . . Cooker.
